Upon termination, your right to access and use the platform will cease immediately.

No Warranty: Colabr8 is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, with no warranties of any kind, express or implied.
Limited Liability: Ballrs Sports LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of data or profits, arising from your use of the platform.

Our total liability for any claims related to these Terms or your use of the Service will not exceed the total amount paid by you for the subscription during the preceding 12 months.

Entire Agreement: These Terms, along with the Privacy Policy, represent the entire agreement between you and Ballrs Sports LLC regarding the use of Colabr8.
Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, the remaining provisions will remain in effect.
Assignment: You may not transfer or assign these Terms without our written consent.
